Tried running today after 0 exercise for like 2years+ Ran out of stamina after boosting for 1 min =A= Decided to run for 1 hour but in the end only ran for like 45mins... Actually, walking for 30mins and running for 15 minutes. Still alright I guess. Fucking tired, felt dizzy, eyes got blurry, legs are really pain and sweat like a dog. Oh my god. And i have to do this for like 2 times per day for 1 year before I can lose weight. God dammit, slimming down is like hell but its now or never. If i continue not to exercise for 1 year I'll have more problems in the future. I guess i'll get used to running after 1 week :3 Wish myself luck :333333333
